Workforce development programs in the state emphasize agriculture and technology sectors, leaving limited public resources for small-scale craft business training. Existing extension services focus on food production rather than product marketing or online storefront setup. As a result, many artisans operate without formalized pricing strategies or inventory tracking systems.
